The general manager of the WHO visited Cuba

After attending to the Spanish city of Oviedo to receive the award the Prince of Asturias of International cooperation 2009, the number one of the World Organization of the Health (WHO), Margaret Chan, he visited Cuba. The general manager of the WHO, doctor Margaret Chan, visited for the first time Cuban territory and she was accompanied by the director of the Pan-American Organization of the Health (OPS), doctor Mirta Roses.

During his demurrage in Cuba, the leader of the WHO supported meetings with several leaders of the government.
