The importance of feeding well from the infancy

To take a healthy adult life is not difficult, only little dedication is enough to change and to improve the nutritive habits and to make them healthier. But it is important to clarify that it is always still good to have a healthy feeding, from the first years of life.

Next, this health blog will allude to some advices to have a good feeding from the childhood. These have been provided by two Uruguayan institutions linked to the health, National Institute of Feeding (HINDU) and the Honorary Commission for the Cardiovascular Health, during two campaigns of campaign to raise public awareness realized in Uruguay.

Although it is important to have a healthy feeding from the first years of life, also it is highly advisable that a pregnant woman feed well to take care of the baby who goes in his belly, reported the HINDU. As regards this topic, the HINDU recommends, between other things, the children to consume a breakfast finished and balanced to start the day with more energy. The same debit to include, for example, milk, yogurt or cheese; panificados; and sliced fresh fruit or simply his juice.

For his part, and as regards the feeding in the childhood, the Honorary Commission for the Cardiovascular Health of Uruguay threw a so called campaign “Healthy Snacks”. The same search to manage to impose the habit of which the students complete healthy snacks as fruits and vegetables to prepare such illnesses like the obesity, the cancer and up to cardiovascular pathologies.
